Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund. Proof of damage may be required. Unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over $100. Currently, we ship within the U.S. only.
