Come in for the cough, the rash, the lingering fatigue, the annual physical, the medication check, or the question you have been quietly putting off. In person at our Graham office or by telehealth across Texas, with no per visit charge in Silver and above.
Text our provider when something comes up. Most non urgent questions get a same day answer, which means fewer appointments wasted on things that did not need one and faster help on the things that do.
Priority scheduling means you are not waiting two weeks to be seen for something that is happening right now. When you need care, you get on the calendar.
Longer appointments give you room to actually explain what is going on, ask the follow up question, and leave with a plan you understand. That is not a perk. That is what primary care is supposed to be.
One monthly membership. Self pay rates for anything outside it are published on this page. No EOBs, no surprise statements three months after a visit, no haggling with billing.
You can still be seen. Non-members pay self-pay rates, listed below. Most patients find that even one or two visits a year are more affordable inside a membership than out of it, but you are welcome either way.

No. Concierge Primary Care supplements your insurance, it does not replace it. We recommend keeping a basic health plan to cover specialty visits, imaging, hospitalizations, and prescriptions outside the membership. Many patients pair our membership with a lower premium catastrophic plan and save overall.
We coordinate the referral, send records, and stay involved as your primary care home. Specialty care, imaging, surgeries, and ER or hospital visits are billed by those providers under your insurance or self pay, not by us.
Yes, as long as you are physically in Texas at the time of the visit. Telehealth is licensed by state, so we can see you whether you are in Graham, Wichita Falls, Fort Worth, Dallas, Houston, or anywhere else inside Texas.
Yes. Memberships are month to month. We ask for a brief notice so we can close out any open prescriptions or referrals, but there is no long term contract and no cancellation fee.
In office labs are included at Silver and above. Outside lab work, imaging, and prescription medications are billed at our negotiated rates or through your insurance. We will always tell you the cost before we order anything.
